Hotel Graf Zeppelin - Konstanz

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the sensational breakfast buffet with a wonderful variety of fresh fruits and baked goods. The hotel's charming old-world architecture, highlighted by beautiful painted frescoes.

Room was a bit warm.

location: the hotel was just next door to a farmer's market at the nearest parking lot, the city centre, near the cathedral and the historic district, and switzerland. the check-in was early and the atmosphere was elegant overall.

The location was good. It is a nice european-style hotel with a modern-looking lobby/restaurant and clean, basic room. It is on a busy street but the noise did not bother us or children. Parking seems to be tough generally in the city but once you are in a lot, it is easy to walk to where you want to go. Generous breakfast included.

We did not know we had to book an extra cot and pillows in advance so had to make-do without. It was not a big deal, but they did not even have an extra pillow and had to pull one off a couch.

Noise isolation needs significant improvement!!! Rooms are very small, practically a squeeze!!! Lack of air conditioning can. Limited parking options near the hotel add to the hassle!!!

The breakfast was good, and the localization is great , in the middle of the old Konstanz (6 minutes by feet from the central station). New and fancy lift.

no wifi, work in progress in some stairs. even if I did not used it, I've noticed that the TV was undersized (10-12 inches. max..) and not visible from the bed in my room.

We enjoyed a modern bathroom, but the room was small and hot.

It was an ideal location for our sightseeing and shopping trip and everything about the trip was very smooth running.

Der Empfang war unfreundlich - lauter "Geseufze" am pc bei bei der Zimmervergabe! Wir haben zwar 3 Tage voraus resserviert, trotzdem schien es ein schwer lösbares Problem zu sein, uns ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten zu geben! Die Lage des Zimmers war dann auch auf die Strasse hinaus und sehr laut vom Verkehr her! Am morgen, keine Gruss, keine Wahrnehmung beim Vorbeigehen am Empfang! Das Frühstück war "so, so la la" und wurde mangelhaft wieder aufgefüllt - die servierenden Mädchen unfreundlich mit versteinerten Gesichtern....! Sicher würden wir nicht nochmals dieses Hotel wählen...!

Staying at Graf Zeppelin was a dream! The charming old building boasts beautiful frescoes. Excellent breakfast options including fresh passionfruit juice made each morning special.

Terrific, modern room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets. Friendly service, parking close to the hotel.

Staff welcoming and helpful when needed, The hotel is clean and tidy, rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is served in a varied and beautiful. Excellent hotel location, very central, minutes short stroll and arrive pedestrian center, tourist attractions and the lake not far, close to public transport stations Recommended for couples traveling in Konstanz
